Comcast has recently partnered with a new Fayetteville, Georgia-based urbanism community, and as per the deal, the community will deliver fiber internet to businesses and residents via Comcast. According to the deal, Comcast will provide all individual units of residents with up to 1 GB service and offer up to 10 GB speed to restaurants, shops and businesses within the regions of Pinewood Forrest. Additionally, the 118-acre green space of the community will be utilized to connect through the Xfinity Wi-Fi service.
This new collaboration between Comcast and the community will benefit the residents and businesses of Pinewood Forrest with Comcast’s Gigabit speed internet service as well as X1. The X1 Voice Remote will facilitate users to access contents on YouTube, Pandora and Netflix. Specifically, this service will benefit more to the new residents, who will receive Xfinity Digital Starter tier featuring 140 channels. This bundle would also include sports programming, On Demand contents, Xfinity Stream app and a free set-top box. Adding more to the residents’ benefits are a 1-year free subscription of TV and Gig service.
Business customers across Pinewood Forrest will also get more benefits from this business tie-up as they will receive cloud-based products and high-speed broadband connectivity.
