If your device is facing hardship with connecting to 3G/4F network, you can fix them up on following these simple steps. You would need a strong WiFi connection to conduct this process.

For Samsung Galaxy devices that are running under Android versions Kit-Kat or Lollipop:

  • Go to Settings and then click on Connections Enable WiFi if it is not on.
  • Connect the device to a Wi-Fi network.
  • Turn off the Airplane Mode if it’s on.
  • Go to the Settings again and click on More. Then go to Mobile Networks > Data. Toggle it OFF first and then turn it ON.
  • Go to Settings again and then click on More. Click on Roaming > Roaming Networks and change it to Home Only.
  • Go to Settings and click on System Update and then click on Update PRL.
  • Go to Settings and then click on System Update and then click on Update Profile.
  • Test the device by launching an internet browser.

For most Android phones:

  • Go to the Settings in your device and then WiFi. Enable WiFi if it is not already.
  • Connect the device to a Wi-Fi network.
  • Turn off the Airplane Mode if it’s on.
  • Go to the Settings again and click on More. Then go to Mobile Networks > Toggle it OFF first and then turn it ON.
  • Go to Settings again and then click on More. Click on Roaming > Roaming Networks and change it to Sprint Only.
  • Go to Settings and click on System Update and then click on Update PRL.
  • Go to Settings and then click on System Update and then click on Update Profile. Your device may reboot after this step.
  • Test the device by launching an internet browser.

For Motorola Devices:

  • Go to Settings and then click on Connections Enable WiFi if it is not on.

  • Go to the Settings again and click on More. Then go to Mobile Networks > Data. Toggle it OFF first and then turn it ON.
