  2. Go to the billing section. Choose Pay My Bill or Make a Payment.
  3. Provide the payment details. Available payment methods are:
  • Checking or savings account
  • Debit card
  • Credit card
  1. Pay your bill by following the prompts.

Note: You can either set up Auto Pay for recurring payments or go for a one-time payment.

  • Using My Spectrum App for Bill Payment

You can also use My Spectrum app on your mobile for bill payment.

Note: Make sure to check your device’s app store and download the latest version of the My Spectrum app.

  1. Launch the My Spectrum app.
  2. Provide your complete Spectrum username and password.
  3. Choose Sign In.

The maximum amount that can be paid using My Spectrum app or online portal is $1,000.

  • Using Pay-by-Phone Option

Dail (833) 267-6094 for reaching out to us. Now, you can pay your bill over the phone by making use of our automated service. You can make your payment using:

  • Discover credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Debit card, American Express
  • Savings or checking account.

Note: A $5.00 processing fee will be charged if you choose to make payment with the help of a customer service agent over the phone.

  • Payment via Your Bank Website

Add us to your payees by accessing your bank website. You may need to provide the payment address. You can refer your billing statement for this address. No additional fees will be charged if online payment service of your bank is used for making a payment.

Note: Make sure to print and retain your online bank confirmation until your bill reflects the payment. Automatic payment is also offered by few bank websites.

  • Locate Spectrum Stores

Find a Spectrum Store near you by using our store locator. No processing fee is charged for payments made at our stores.

Following are the payment methods available at our stores:

  • Money orders and cash
  • Savings or checking account
  • Discover credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Debit card, American Express
  • Make Payments through Third-Party Agents

Spectrum payments are accepted by additional traders (Schnucks Supermarkets, MoneyGram, Western Union or Walmart) that are available in your area. Make sure to follow the standard policies mentioned below as there are specific payment related rules that every third-party center has.

  • The purpose of third-party centers are payments only.
  • Third-party agents can not make changes in customers’ services, accept equipment for return, resolve an issue or exchange equipment.
  • Only walk-in payments can be made through third-party agents. Payments cannot be mailed to these locations by customers.
  • Mailing Your Payment to Spectrum

You can mail us your payment. Please be aware that based on your address the mailing location will also change. The correct mailing address will be mentioned in your statement. You can see a PDF of your bill online which contains the mailing address by signing in to spectrum.net and visiting the billing section in your account.

The following things must be kept in mind while you’re mailing a payment:

  • Whenever possible, include the remittance portion of your statement in an envelope while mailing your payment.
  • Your Spectrum account can be used for printing a copy of your statement.
  • Your money order or cheque must have your Spectrum account number.
  • Never mail payments in cash.
