First of all, confirm that the application you downloaded is QuickBooks Self-Employed and you are not mistaken for QuickBooks online app. If you’re facing issues with the app after signing in, follow these methods to troubleshoot the app and make it work properly:
- Sign out of your account and then sign in again by entering the account details.
- Check whether you are connected to a strong network (Mobile/Wi-Fi) or not.
- Install all the pending updates.
